Cookie Diet - Read All About It

So what's the "Cookie Diet" all about? It was the number one search term on google and everyone was buzzing "cookie diet" right after I endulged about five sugar cookies at the Harrah's Diamond Club. What a coincidence! They say that the "cookie diet" caters to stars!

The "Cookie Diet" by Dr. Siegal is a reduced-calorie diet made up of cookies. It will control your hunger as a healthier alternative to snack foods.

What's your favorite flavor?

The cookie flavors are Oatmeal Raisin, Chocolate, Blueberry, Banana and Coconut.

There are just five main ingredients:

(1) Milk, (2) Eggs, (3) Soy, (4) Wheat, (5) Non-Vegetable Protein

- Josie lost 83 pounds on the Cookie Diet. See the video below.

- Josie's Mom, Yvonne, lost 50 pounds in 3 months. See the video below.

I love to pop cookies when I'm hungry. Dr. Siegal says to eat his cookies to loose weight. He instructs us on Fox News to eat six a day. I'm sure that if I eat six cookies today I'll curb my appetitite and this is what I want. We'll, I think its what I want just as long as its not as fattening as the popular Chips Ahoy or Oreo cookies I love so much. I'll snack on healthy cookies anytime.

The Hollywood Cookie Diet Meal Replacement Cookies, Variety Pack of Chocolate Chip, Lemon, and Oatmeal Raisin, 1.4-Ounce Cookies (Pack of 12) are not by Dr. Siegal but I've read too many good reviews about this Hollywood fit diet option. I'll be starting off with the chocolate chips flavor.

However, I won't substitute the cookies for a meal but just a snack. Its discussed in the Mike and Juliet video below. Cookies are good, but its not just cookies. Its about carbohydrates, vegatables and other goodies for the body. They say the cookie diet is coupled well with working out.

But the bottom line is, "The Cookie Diet Works"!
